What you will do:
  • As a Project Manager, you drive the product development of sleep products (mattresses and textile accessories) from the ideation process to the approval of the final specifications.
  • You will develop the products to push the boundaries of what is possible for superior sleep.
  • You coordinate the product development in close collaboration with the internal stakeholders (Product Success, Procurement, etc.) and suppliers all over the world.
  • You define the product specifications (incl. target costing) and co-innovate together with partners from all around the world the products of the future through different iterations.
  • You monitor and report on all aspects of the projects including progress, project profitability, and risks.
  • You apply a customer-centric and agile approach in your projects.You make sure to meet the deadline while keeping the costs on track.
Who we are looking for:
  • Previous experience as a product development manager, product launching, or comparable role is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work cross-team and manage multiple stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • An international background that allows you to look at opportunities from multiple perspectives.
  • You have a passion for developing brands from a holistic perspective.
  • You are entrepreneurial by nature and see opportunities everywhere.
  • You're fast, pragmatic, and proactive, have high energy and a can-do attitude.
  • You love to work with others and others love to work with you.
  • You are fluent in English.
