AUXILIAR DE MESA DE CONTROL
Gestionar la información capturada en sistema para la liberación de las ordenes de trabajo, acomodo o surtido de materiales para asegurar los procesos y dar cumplimiento a las entregas y pedidos.
Principales responsabilidades:
Liberar las tareas de abasto de sistemas en materiales para que el personal operativo cumpla con el proceso de picking.
- Asignar en sistema tareas del área de mesa de control
- Atención telefónica y correo electrónico a área de ventas
- Capturar base de datos del área
- Conteo cíclicos
- Cambios de presentación
- Bases de Excel
- Remisiones
- Atención a vendedores
- Control de carpetas y retardos
