As the mastermind behind our retail operations, you'll be responsible for driving sales, managing finances, and leading our nationwide expansion, from current 17 stores to the infinite and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Lead our commercial operations with gusto, devising innovative strategies to boost sales and maximize profitability.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and customer preferences, always on the lookout for new opportunities to shine.
• Work closely with our marketing mavens to cook up mouthwatering campaigns that'll have customers flocking to our stores.
• Keep our shelves stocked and our wallets happy by managing inventory levels and wrangling with suppliers.
• Be the driving force behind our team, providing guidance, support, and plenty of laughs along the way.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field we value hustle over degrees
• Experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion business, sports goods or outdoor apparel industry.
• A knack for leadership and the ability to inspire others to greatness.
• Sharp financial skills and a knack for making numbers dance.
• A passion for adventure and a love of the great outdoors.
