Eaton's Fluid Filtration Division is currently seeking a Plant Manager to join the team based at our Reynosa, MX manufacturing plant.

As a member of the executive leadership team at Eaton, our Plant Managers are responsible for driving strategic and operational leadership at our sites.

You will drive profit and loss, growth strategy and organizational direction to meet and exceed the short and long-term business goals.

Our leaders will foster an environment of engagement and inclusion for all employees and act with advocacy, empathy, and accountability.


  • Essential functions:
  • Manage both operational leadership team and functional staff including Quality, Finance, Continuous Improvement, Environmental Health & Safety, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Engineering and Maintenance.
  • Act with analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills to drive results within tight deadlines with changing priorities.
  • Drive plant digital transformation including defining and executing industry 4.0 strategies.
  • Utilize Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing tools to lead cost improvement analysis and implement actionable, measurable plans.
  • Champion a workplace focused on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) to drive a zeroincident culture.
  • Work collaboratively to end cost improvement analysis and implement actions.
  • Foster a culture of early detection and escalations across the site to reduce cost, drive efficiency and ensure compliance.
  • Partner with Human Resources to drive a talent management strategy, developing a capable team leader to build a strong succession plan within and outside your organization.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
  • Minimum ten (10) years' progressive professional experience with progressive levels of accountability and responsibility in roles focused on Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, OPEX and/or related support functions in a manufacturing/production environment.
  • Minimum five (5) years' leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
  • Specific knowledge in welding processes and materials for pressure vessels
  • A thorough understanding of financial practices and financial statements
  • Six Sigma Certification
