Join our team as an
HR Data Quality Manager and play a pivotal role in safeguarding and enhancing the integrity, accuracy, and security of HR data across all our systems and processes.

You'll be at the forefront of ensuring top-tier data quality standards within our HR function, developing and implementing cutting-edge strategies for data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

Lead transformative initiatives for continuous data quality improvement and collaborate closely with HRIS teams, HR functional teams, and HR business partners.

HR Data Quality Manager
Key Responsibilities:


  • Set and enforce high standards: Define and implement HR data quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure top-notch data management.

Lead data quality audits: Identify issues and develop effective remediation plans to maintain data accuracy and reliability.

Ensure data integrity: Collaborate with HRIS teams to maintain data integrity across all HR systems.

Drive change management: Lead initiatives to improve HR data quality, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.

Implement quality controls: Develop and use tools to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and errors.

Make impactful decisions: Oversee enhancements and integrations of HR data systems to improve overall functionality.

Communicate insights: Share data quality metrics and insights with senior management and stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.

Promote continuous improvement: Innovate and drive continuous improvement in HR data quality.

Lead data initiatives: Spearheaded data cleansing and maintenance projects to keep our data pristine.

Be the expert: Advise stakeholders on best practices and emerging trends in HR data quality.

Resolve issues: Manage escalations and ensure ultimate issue resolution.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • At least 3 years of experience in data management, Data Quality/Data Governance.
  • Experience with stakeholder management.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Data Base Management
  • Experience in database management.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and errors.
