Education required:
University Degree in a Pharmacobiologist Chemist, Pharmaceutical Engineer, or related field

Other requirements:

Availability of 8 hours (flexible) Monday to Friday

Office:
Power Point and Excel

Veeva Vault knowledge

Language requirement:
Written and spoken fluency in Spanish. English intermediate

Expected Start date:
July - August 2023.

What will you do?

  • This position is responsible for supporting the Regulatory Affairs Specialists and Manager in accordance with applicable GSK Policies and Ways of Working, which includes and is not limited to:_
- _ Updating and maintenance of databases_
- _ Management of internal systems_
- _ Process monitoring_
- _ Provide support to regulatory affairs coordinators and managers in local and global systems _
- _Support in administrative processes_
- _ Provide support in processes with external areas such as: post-approval commitments, annual product review and government sales requests._
