If you're ready to bring the best, come join the Finance team as a SS Sr Professional Jr Accountant. You'll be responsible for operating and supporting accounting activities to ensure process compliance across various regions. This includes conducting financial analysis and generating reports, leading improvement initiatives, and managing KPIs, SLAs, forecasts, and statutory requirements. Additionally, you will provide guidelines on accounting and corporate policies.

This position requires establishing peer relationships across multiple functions throughout the organization and you will gain significant exposure within the company, regularly interacting with Managers, Senior Managers, and Directors from different areas.

This hybrid role is located in Querétaro – GBS site with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week / 2 days at home office – subject to change .

A Taste of What You'll

Be Doing Operational Activities:
Perform forecasts, financial reporting, and reconciliations for stakeholders

Process Improvement:
Participate in the implementation of new initiatives and improve the process within his/her span of control, promoting simplification and automation

Partnership Coordination:
Create partnership with 3er operation team, coordinate them in providing input and information for daily, monthly, weekly activities

Financial Close Review:
Perform and review of end month, quarterly and annual close

Issue Resolution:
Provide assistance in resolving issues in activities performed by the 3er party. We're Looking for Someone With Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related. 2-4 years prior experience similar roles. Leadership, organizational and communication skills, advanced problem solving skills. Strong accounting and analytical background. Analytical approach and results oriented. Advanced Excel skills as well as SAP and other financial tools management. English proficiency is required. What's Next
