Ingeniero de aplicación para unirse a su equipo Nalco Water líder en la industria.

En este puesto, gestionará y desarrollará relaciones de clientes de larga data, con un enfoque en exceder las expectativas del cliente e impulsar la prestación de servicios.

Tendrá un enfoque práctico para prestar servicio y entregar valor a través del desarrollo y la gestión de proyectos técnicos para resolver problemas del cliente.

Lo que harás:

  • Mantenimiento de equipos
  • Revisión de aplicación química
  • Dosificación de productos químicos
  • Análisis físico químicos
  • Reuniones de seguimiento con las áreas usuarias
  • Generar reportes de control del proceso
  • Generación de permisos y recolección de firmas
  • Seguimiento a proyectos de mejora continua
  • Verificar el seguimiento a planes y procesos.
  • Proporcionar asistencia técnica a los clientes identificando y resolviendo problemas, según sea necesario
  • Participar en la solución de problemas realizando análisis de sistemas, interpretando datos y proporcionando recomendaciones escritas para garantizar que las operaciones de los clientes se desempeñen en níveles óptimos.
  • Los servicios de soporte incluyen: análisis de muestra, mantenimiento, servicio al cliente, generación de informes de servicio, ordenamiento químico, gestión de inventario de productos químicos.
