MISSION


Realizar actividades de mantenimiento y de documentación, enfocadas a soporte a línea de producción para garantizar el funcionamiento correcto de los equipos productivos.

Actualizar y mantener medibles actualizados.

Responsibilities & Activities

Dar soporte a otros departamentos.

  • Participar en la atención a temas de calidad en el producto, en la atención de temas de rendimiento de equipos que sean requeridos por áreas de Producción o de Calidad.
  • Apoyar las actividades en proyectos de mejora continua de equipos de trabajo.
  • Cumplir satisfactoriamente con los entrenamientos y con el proceso, diseñado para el fortalecimiento del perfil requerido para su función.
  • Cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía.
  • Cumplir con todas las reglas de seguridad de la empresa.
  • Informar cualquier problema relacionado con Seguridad o Calidad, al mando inmediato superior o a los respectivos responsables.
  • Ejecución de auditoria EPV

Dar soporte a actividades de mantenimiento

  • Mantener la funcionalidad de los equipos productivos para el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de calidad del producto.
  • Mantener los procesos, equipo y operaciones diagnosticando correctamente las posibles fallas y haciendo correcciones necesarias.
  • Dar seguimiento y ejecución del programa de mantenimiento preventivo.
  • Dar soporte a actividades de mantenimiento en la reparación del herramental y realizar TPM nível 3 y 4 al equipo y las herramientas.
  • Apoyar las actividades en proyectos de mejora continua de equipos de trabajo.
  • Dar soporte a actividades de cambio de herramentales.
  • Dar soporte a TRIALS de proyectos nuevos.
  • Apoyar en la realización, modificación y actualización de planes de mantenimiento, refaccionamiento y modificaciones o mejoras en los equipos y procesos.
  • Apoyar a que todo el equipo en el área de trabajo se mantenga en condiciones seguras y ordenadas.
  • Apoyar a la instalación y arranque de equipo nuevo.
  • Ejecutar mantenimiento correctivo

Soporte a actividades asignadas por el jefe directo

  • Actualización de documentos del Sistema de calidad.
  • Cumplimiento a la generación de tarjetas verdes, cierre de hallazgos y cumplimiento a actividades de 5S aplicables
  • Brindar soporte en las actividades que asigne el mando inmediato superior.


Los que genera G_M-QUA Quality Policy Manual y el PUE_M-MASS-0001 Manual del Sistema de Administración de Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad.


El puesto tiene autoridad de parar los procesos y máquinas si existe alguna actividad que ponga en riesgo la integridad física de un colaborador y riesgo de producir o embarcar producto no conforme.

Tiene la autoridad de detener el proceso en caso de detectar derrames de fluidos y emisiones anormales que puedan ocasionar algún daño al medio ambiente, deberá notificarlo de inmediato y/o hacer lo necesario para su inmediata corrección.

Disponer de manera adecuada los diferentes tipos de residuos que se generen en su área de trabajo.
