Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Compile, proofread, and revise drafts of legal documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
  • Obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Create and organize information, ensuring that documents and data are easily accessible and properly filed.
  • Prepare and format legal reports, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and firm guidelines.
  • Maintain and update databases and tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Respond to all caserelated inquiries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
  • Manage cases for consultation and advice, coordinating appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with team members and supervisors, both orally and in writing.
  • Produce work product that does not need proofreading and editing, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role (Experience in a law firm or legal environment is a Plus)
  • Advanced English skills, both written and verbal, required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
