We are searching for a SEO Manager to join us at PayPal on our Global Design Team.
As a SEO Manager you will be accountable for the performance of the website globally, and working with our sales, marketing and product partners we aim to produce top-quality experiences for prospects and our customers, regardless of where they are or what they come to the site to do.
We're looking for the next generation of leaders - purpose-driven visionaries and doers who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves to center historically marginalized communities within the processes, tooling, and products we build for global audiences.

You will help to build a high
- performing, durable structure. This will enable us, and any future incarnations of the team, to manage the experience and maximize value for our customers, the company, and shareholders for some time to come.
Your day to day:
In your day to day role you will:
- Plan, develop and implement key areas of our SEO strategy
- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
- Regularly perform thorough keyword research
- Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
- Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
- Collaborate with engineers, writers and product managers across the enterprise
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
What do you need to bring:
- 7 years previous experience as SEO Manager or similar role
- Previous experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
- Previous experience web analytics
- Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
- Indepth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
- Critical thinker and problemsolving skills
