Habilidades:

  • Rol técnico con habilidades de liderazgo, SPOC para la operación
  • Helpdesk de 1o y 2o nível para usuarios (hardware, software, aplicaciones y herramientas compatibles con TI del grupo) Contacto de soporte in situ (mano / ojos) para proyectos, Service Desk y otros equipos de TI del grupo.
  • Comprobaciones, soporte y mantenimiento de equipos de oficina (impresoras, proyectores, pantallas de salas de reuniones, sistemas de videoconferencia, etc.)
  • Registro de llamadas de Service Central (SC) u otro sistema de registro de tickets
  • Reparación y mantenimiento de roturas H/W
  • Papeleo para la gestión de activos y finanzas
  • Preparación de PC (W'10 incl. compilación y configuración de MS Office) y entrenamiento de inicio (aprovisionamiento) para nuevos usuarios
  • Aprovisionamiento de PC y suministros de PC
  • Capacitación de incorporación de nuevos empleados y sesiones formales / informales de conexión
  • Dispuesto a trabajar en turnos durante el horario regular de apertura de la oficina
  • Dispuesto a trabajar fuera del horario de apertura de la oficina por ocasión
  • Dispuesto a viajar a otras oficinas
  • El conocimiento de Apple Mac OS es una ventaja
  • El inglés fluido es obligatorio
  • Debe asistir a la oficina diariamente
