Provides HR support for the company while partnering with teams and cross-functional leaders to negotiate HR services. Participates actively involved in recruiting, Organizational development and talent management. He uses his functional expertise in HR to align critical HR principles with business objectives. Increases overall organizational performance by building strong interactive partnerships with customer groups. Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing, and retaining the best talent. Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a top-tier HR organization.

**JOB DUTIES: - Support to Unit business in all related to labor relations

  • Support with investigations related to code conduct and integrity and compliance topics.
  • Be a proactive business partner supporting and guiding to the business leaders in all related to Human resources topics. Support in all activities and events of Human resources.
**YOU MUST HAVE: - Bachelor ́s degree on Administration, Industrial Relationships, Psychology, or similar areas.

  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- + 2 years of Human Resources Experience

  • Knowledge of Sistema
  • Labor law experience
- **This position will be with a term-fixed contract until Jan 2023.
