What will be your responsibilities?

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the talent strategy, providing HR support to managers and directors, and executing engagement initiatives for the market. The HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, managing employee relations, and ensuring alignment with the organization's HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Expertise

  • Serve as a subject-matter expert to managers and directors.
  • Implement organizational changes effectively.
  • Apply policies and procedures consistently across the organization.

Relationship Management

  • Facilitate interactions among stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
  • Build consensus on HR policy decisions.

Business Acumen

  • Drive HR strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of the organization and business operations.

Consultation

  • Partner with managers and HR to implement solutions.
  • Coach managers on HR and business-related matters.

Leadership

  • Implement programs to promote an engaged organizational culture.
  • Deliver solutions on retention, change management, and leadership development.

HR Insights

  • Interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Analyze root causes of workplace issues and propose solutions.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Advanced level of English proficiency.
  • Prior HR experience across multiple functions.
  • 8-10 years of HR or related experience.
  • Strong facilitation, consulting, and project management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence diverse groups.
  • Proven conflict resolution and change management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
