Personal de atención al cliente responsable de ganar negocios en el mercado de cuentas a gobierno.

Lo que harás:

  • Formular y ejecutar propuestas estratégicas y acuerdos de ventas con el Gobierno a través de los mecanismos de contratación publica regidos por la ley.
  • Tener un alto sentido de responsabilidad, ética profesional y comportamiento de cumplimiento intachable.
  • Formular la estructura de negociaciones, precio y el desarrollo de una propuesta de licitación o adjudicación de acuerdo a los procesos de contratación pública.
  • Asistir negociaciones comerciales e Identificar nuevas oportunidades con asociados y compañeros. Este es un rol híbrido de generarción de ventas y elaboración de propuestas comerciales con el mismo rol de importancia.
  • Amplíar el conocimiento de su propio territorio de ventas, líneas de productos, mercados, procesos de ventas o grupos de clientes para ejecutar políticas/estrategias.
  • Resolver problemas en situaciones que requieren un conocimiento y juicio comercial dentro de los procedimientos establecidos. Consultar a miembros del equipo con mayor rango por problemas fuera de las instrucciones/parámetros definidos.
  • Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con el cliente y desempeñarse como intermediario entre el cliente y GE HealthCare.

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Título de licenciatura de una universidad o instituto acreditado: Negocios Internacionales, Marketing, Administración. Ingenieria Industrial, Biomédica, Mecatronica o Similar.
  • Inglés Básico-Intermedio.
  • Este rol requiere experiência básica en ventas y conocimiento de producto y/o equipo médico.
  • Experiência básica en el proceso de propuestas comerciales.

Sería bueno que tuvieras:

  • Sólidas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita. Sólidas habilidades interpersonales y de liderazgo. Capacidad de trabajar de forma independiente. Sólidas habilidades para la resolución de problemas.
  • Experiência en el ramo de dispositivos médicos, farmaceutica o equipo y tecnología para hospitales.
  • Entendimiento básico de la regulación Mexicana y otros organismos de autoridades competentes.
