What your background should look like:
ACTIVIDADES:
- Entrena y capacita al personal a su cargo (Inspectores de Calidad y Tecnicos).
- Asegurar la buena administración de la Nomina de su personal
- Delega actividades con instrucciones claras, específicas, concisas y completas.
- Planificar el trabajo a corto, mediano y largo plazo del personal que supervisa, estableciendo la prioridad y el orden, tomando en cuenta los recursos, el tiempo y la forma de desarrollar dicho trabajo.
- Desarrollar e implementar sistemas de control de calidad.
- Monitorear y analizar el desempeño del proceso de manufactura (NCR, Scrap, OEE, PPM).
- Coordinar la inspeccion de los materiales, equipos, procesos y productos para que cumplan con las especificaciones de calidad (MRB, Internal Hold).
- Desarrollar 8D para los problemas del producto y producción (NCR, Quejas de cliente, No Conformes de Auditoria).
- Coordina auditorias de proceso de manufactura para cumplir con el Sistema de Calidad Regulatorios aplicables (UL, VGE, AS9100, IATF16949).
- Supervisa los Planes de control y criterios para el área de Aseguramiento de Calidad (QA).
Requisitos:
- 3 a 5 años de experiência en Calidad
- Inglés intermedio
- Experiência en Interpretacion de planos
- Muestreo AQL
- Uso de Minitab
- Conocimiento de Herramientas de calidad (Problem Solving)
