Job Description

**Job Title:** Quality Control Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team at Ensambladora Ventura De México, S.A. De C.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments of company production processes to develop in-house quality policies, procedures, and specifications.
  • Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations.
  • Coordinate with managers to facilitate quality programs and initiatives.
  • Design and implement quality control audits, write and revise quality standards, and develop forms and instructions for recording and evaluating quality data.
  • Work closely with other departments to establish and maintain policies, procedures, and processes that ensure on-time delivery of quality products.
  • Lead risk assessment analysis throughout the plant.
  • Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff.
  • Investigate and correct customer issues and complaints relating to quality.
  • Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors.
  • Produce reports regarding nonconformance of products or processes, daily production quality, root cause analyses, or quality trends.
  • Participate in the development of product specifications.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of manufacturing quality control processes.
  • Knowledge of standard plant operations, functions, and protocols.
  • Knowledge of plastic injection molding and assembly operations.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance requirements, rules, and regulations.
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality manufacturing processes and ISO processes and protocols.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams of 25+ people.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills (including documentation skills).
  • Team leadership skills.
  • Maintain test equipment and cleanliness of the Quality Assurance Lab.
  • Project management skills.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
