Importante empresa líder de tecnología ubicada en CDMX, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Head of Costumer Success

Será responsable de maximizar el valor que la empresa entrega a sus clientes. También será r esponsable absoluto de estrategia, procesos, operación y gestión de talento para lograr los objetivos del área de Customer Success.

Sus principales responsabilidades, serán :

  • Garantizar excelencia operativa, altos estándares de desempeño y evolución constante de todas las acciones clave y procesos de Customer Success
  • Gestión de talento para cumplir los objetivos estratégicos del área y liderazgo p ara elevar constantemente el desempeño de todos sus reportes directos .

Relacionamiento proactivo, directo y periódico con cuentas clave.

Desarrollo de todo el material requerido para los procesos de customer success.

Coordinar esfuerzos de "customer marketing" para comunicación y construcción de marca con la base de clientes.

Fungir como un puente entre clientes y el equipo de producto para retroalimentar el plan de desarrollos.

Competencias requeridas:

  • Entendimiento profundo del papel de customer success como área maximizadora de valor y las variables que lo afectan.
  • Proactividad en descubrir problemas, potenciales conflictos y riesgos con clientes.
  • Extremadamente alta capacidad de diseño, implementación y evolución constante de procesos.
  • Actitud de servicio como parte integral de su personalidad.
  • Extremadamente alta capacidad de gestión de talento humano.

Nivel mínimo de educación: Universitario (Graduado)
