System Admin - IAM Operations

Location:
Guadalajara & Mexico City (Hybrid)

Type of Hire:
Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Successfully execute technology changes aligned with company policy (Change policy, SDLC, etc.)
  • Work with team members and business stakeholders to identify new ways to provide value with existing tools and toolsets.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Identify areas for process improvement in areas relating to Identity & Access Management
  • Troubleshooting of access related issues and communication of solutions to stakeholders
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's culture and values.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Experience administering/supporting CyberArk in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and/or other identity providers.
  • Experience with Role Based Access (RBAC) and principles of least privilege.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow a plus.
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently.
  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and sound judgment skills
