Responsabilidades:
- Recopilación y Procesamiento de Datos: Recolectar, limpiar y procesar datos de diversas fuentes para asegurar su precisión y confiabilidad.
- Análisis de Datos: Realizar análisis de datos profundos para identificar tendencias y conocimientos que apoyen decisiones empresariales.
- Visualización de Datos: Crear visualizaciones claras y atractivas (gráficos, cuadros, tableros) para comunicar hallazgos de datos complejos a los interesados.

- Gestión de Bases de Datos: Trabajar con bases de datos para recuperar, manipular y analizar grandes conjuntos de datos eficientemente.
- Aseguramiento de la Calidad de los Datos: Implementar y mantener procesos de aseguramiento de calidad de datos para garantizar la exactitud e integridad de los datos.
- Colaboración: Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales, incluyendo analistas de negocios, ingenieros y tomadores de decisiones, para entender requisitos de datos y proporcionar conclusiones prácticas.
- Aprendizaje Continuo: Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias y avances en análisis de datos, incorporando nuevas herramientas y técnicas en los procesos de análisis.
- Resolución de Problemas: Investigar y resolver problemas relacionados con datos, asegurando la consistencia y confiabilidad de los datos.
Requisitos:
- Educación: Título universitario en Estadística, Matemáticas, Ciencias de la Computación o un campo relacionado.
- Habilidades Analíticas: Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, con la capacidad de extraer conclusiones significativas de conjuntos de datos complejos.
- Competencia Técnica: Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos como Python, R, SQL, entre otras.
- Herramientas de Visualización de Datos: Experiencia con herramientas de visualización de datos como Tableau, Power BI o similares.
- Conocimiento de Bases de Datos: Comprensión de conceptos de bases de datos y experiencia trabajando con bases de datos SQL.
- Atención al Detalle: Minuciosa atención al detalle para asegurar precisión en el análisis y la elaboración de informes.
- Habilidades de Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita para transmitir conclusiones de datos a interesados técnicos y no técnicos.
- Trabajo en Equipo: Capacidad para trabajar colaborativamente dentro de un equipo y comunicarse efectivamente en todos los departamentos.
- Gestión del Tiempo: Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y plazos efectivamente.
- Adaptabilidad: Disposición para adaptarse a requisitos de datos y prioridades empresariales cambiantes.
