As a Cloud Support Engineer you will have the opportunity to rapidly acquire knowledge on a variety of cloud technologies to aid our customers in achieving success. You will serve as the Cloud Ambassador for AWS products, equipping customers with the necessary tools and strategies to expand their influence in global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve customer cases through different channels (telephone, email, web/live chat) using advanced troubleshooting methods to provide customized solutions and investigate the root cause of issues.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance support processes and customer experience by creating tutorials, how-to videos, technical articles, and trainings.
  • Provide feedback to internal AWS teams based on customer support insights, tackle complex customer issues involving multiple AWS services.
  • Continuously enhance technical skills and professional competencies by staying updated on innovative technologies.
  • Participate in interviewing and mentoring new team members, demonstrating flexibility to work 5 days a week with occasional weekend shifts on a rotational basis.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 6+ years' professional experience and a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Experience in system administration, troubleshooting Linux and/or Windows, networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, OSI model, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN, etc.).
  • Proficiency in cloud-based environments within domains like Analytics, Big Data, Databases, Deployment/DevOps, Security, etc.
  • Hands-on experience building complex system architectures for various use cases.
  • Effective communication skills in English for technical and business contexts.
