The Guest Relations Coordinator Reports to (Guest Relations Manager, Managing Director, Resort Manager, Rooms Director, and Rooms Associate Director)
Considering the constant shift of the market, the improvement of its own career, being polyvalent, and managing several tasks is imperative.
As a result, short period/ intervals or long-term lateral movements to other areas such as Kitchen, Stewarding, Bell Desk, Airport Rep., Front Office, Employee Restaurant, Reservations, Communication Centre, Training etc. have been included in the service design of the hotel operation.
General Purpose of the Job:
Be constant support to the Guest Relations Director and Guest Relations Managers, properly managing the use of appropriate information and necessary reports to manage the department in order to keep associates informed of all our guests as well as create, schedule, and coordinate respective amenities and special memories during their stay.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Keep a high level of hotel standards during the development of their responsibilities. Reply to guests in a prompt and professional manner, involving relevant departments and ensuring that guests receive confirmation of their application and recognition of them. Have complete knowledge of the facilities and equipment of the hotel.
To be the link between the guests and the hotel before, during after their stay, anticipating their needs and assist channeling their requests to relevant departments, such as F&B, SPA, Resort Host, Transportation, Butlers & Maintenance.
