Brindar apoyo en el desarrollo y lanzamiento de nuevos productos y el mantenimiento de los actuales.
Apoyar en el desarrollar soluciones técnicas robustas desde el concepto hasta la producción.
Resolución de problemas en un entorno de fabricación a través del análisis de ingeniería.
Ejecutar análisis de tolerancias (satck-up) cuando requerido.
Colaborar con otras áreas relacionadas en el establecimiento de requerimientos para la construcción de herramientas y prototipos.
Asistir a otras áreas involucradas con los proveedores de material en situaciones donde el diseño debe ser modificado para facilitar la manufactura o resolver algún problema una vez que otros aspectos diferentes al diseño han sido cumplidos.
Comunicar y esclarecer basado en especificaciones y planes de validación definidos, y en conjunto con el área de validación de otras entidades (Rochester, Alemania, Clientes, etc.) las pruebas a las que las partes, componentes y ensambles deben ser sujetas para su validación.
Supervisar pruebas cuando sea necesario.Auxiliar en la solución de dudas sobre la interpretación de documentos de ingeniería como dibujos, especificaciones, estándares, DFMAs, DVP&R, etc.
Autorizar desviaciones de ingeniería acorde a los lineamientos establecidos.Participar en revisiones de diseño con el área de Ingeniería Webasto, Proveedores y clientes según sea requerido.
Participar en los PDTs (Product development team) de los productos asignados a la planta.
Participar en revisiones técnicas de factibilidad con proveedores y otras áreas involucradas.
Participar en la mejora continua y reducción de costos.
Habilidades
Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Industrial, o afín
5 años de experiência en ingeniería de producto del sector automotriz.
Conocimiento Catia V5.
Lectura e interpretación de dibujos, y conocimiento de GD&T.
Conocimiento de Core Tools, 8D ́s
