El analista sénior de informes financieros es un puesto de nivel intermedio responsable de la generación, el rastreo y la presentación de informes financieros en coordinación con el equipo de Finanzas.
El objetivo general de este puesto es preparar e informar con precisión transacciones comerciales y financieras, informes y estados de acuerdo con las pautas normativas locales.
Responsabilidades:
Apoyar el análisis y la presentación de informes a diversas partes interesadas (reguladores locales, SEC, Fed, OCC, etc.) en función de requisitos como los Principios de Contabilidad Generalmente Aceptados (Generally Accepted Accounting Standards, GAAP) de los EE.
UU., los organismos reguladores de los EE. UU. y los informes regulatorios locales.Apoyar con el cierre de libros y libros secundarios, incluido el registro de entradas de ajuste obligatorias adecuadas y la consolidación de las finanzas al final de cada período contable.
Realizar el análisis de resultados financieros y concluir la causa de las variaciones, como cuestiones de contabilidad y eventos económicos.
Producir mediciones para la gerencia sénior, que destaquen los asuntos clave y el estado de remediación, y mantener y mejorar los procedimientos operativos y analíticos relacionados.
Apoyar en el desarrollo de eficiencias de procesos y tareas de mejora, así como en proyectos de mejora de la calidad de datos.
Interpretar políticas, pautas y procesos, y resolver problemas y transacciones complejos. Apoyar en la administración de uno o más procesos, informes, procedimientos o productos.Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia Calificaciones:
Más de 5 años de experiencia en el campo. Preferentemente, experiencia en la industria de servicios financieros y gestión de proyectos. Dominio de Microsoft Office con un énfasis en MS Excel. Conocimiento práctico de las prácticas y normas relacionadas con la industria. Habilidad para trabajar en distintos cargos. Habilidades demostradas de resolución de problemas. Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.
Educación:
