Responsibilities:

Main Purpose
As Supplier Diversity Insights Analyst, deliver exceptional analytics services to our Supplier Diversity team. These services include reporting, construction of dashboards and designing automation processes for internal partners. This individual should have the ability to effectively gather and collect data, continuously evaluate performance opportunities, and identify ways to improve quality and timeliness of the team's outputs (e.g. PowerBI, streamline models, post audit evaluations, status updates, etc.). These activities will be conducted in support of achieving supplier diversity performance goals. Ability to continuously identify opportunities and implement processes to improve quality and timeliness of team output is valued.

Accountabilities

  • Creation of new Power BI dashboards
  • Regular reporting in PowerPoint
  • Data organization, cleansing, and vetting
  • Communication with suppliers
  • Cross functional communication with finance, global procurement, marketing, and insights
  • Ownership of all standard and adhoc report
  • Ownership of ongoing maintenance and creation of new dashboards
  • Ownership of ongoing maintenance of sites/tools—namely PowerBI and SharePoint
  • Provide needed support for selling materials and execution communication both internal and external
  • Actively conduct ongoing review of operational services to drive agility and effectiveness
  • Ensure delivery of accurate and timely data in accordance with agreed service level agreement
  • Focus on speed of execution and quality of service delivery rather than achievement of SLAs
  • Recognize opportunities and take action to improve delivery of work
  • Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology
  • Scaleup operation inline with business growth, both within existing scope, as well as new areas of opportunity
  • Create an inclusive and collaborative environment

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English
  • 24 years of experience in Sales Support / Sales Reporting & Analytics.
  • Advanced Power Bi experience in company environment is a must.
  • Advanced Excel is a must.
  • Tableau is desirable.

  • Numerate thinker, good at data analysis with strong attention to detail
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines
  • Strong general interpersonal skills

  • English fluent
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner
