Responsabilidades

  • Garantizar la cadena de valor para asegurar que los productos del portafolio logren beneficiar a los pacientes dentro de las principales cuentas clave (hospitales públicos y privados, consultorios médicos e Instituciones de Asistencia Privada).
  • Continua actualización de información científica, comercial y estratégica sobre los productos del portafolio de oftalmología, sus competidores y las dinámicas de mercado de su respectivo territorio a través de inteligencia competitiva y manejo adecuado de auditorías (INEFAM, DDD, PMM).
  • Gerenciar efectivamente a los actores principales dentro de la ruta a cargo (médicos: prescriptores, decisores e influenciadores; administrativos: directores y subdirectores de hospital, compras, farmacia, almacén, etc; socios comerciales: representantes de distribuidores, Key account managers, etc; equipo crosfuncional; SAM, Enfermeras, Market Access Liaison, Gerente de producto, Gerente de distrito, Gerente médico, MSL).
  • Adecuado cumplimiento de KPIs (cobertura de visita médica y targeting index, conexiones, cumplimiento de cuota de venta) y administración eficaz de los recursos asignados a su ruta.
  • Diseño e implementación de planes de trabajo personalizados con base en las necesidades de cada una de sus cuentas y actores principales.
  • Conocimiento profundo del territorio que comprende su ruta, manejo y en consecuencia diseñar y perfeccionar planes de trabajo para la maximización de los recursos y el tiempo.
  • Identificar y conocer la cadena de valor para ejecutar los planes de venta (mapa político) creando alianzas internas y externas con los socios comerciales dentro del hospital y la estructura administrativa de las instituciones (almacén delegacional, hospitales de referencia, etc.)
  • Generar la demanda (prescripción de los productos), contribuir en el acceso y asegurar la comercialización de los productos de la franquicia de oftalmología garantizando elbeneficio de los pacientes a través de la correcta difusión de información científica y comercial del portafolio
  • Actualizar constante, responsable y permanentemente el fichero médico, lograr una correcta segmentación y clasificación de médicos, hospitales y farmacias a través de la continua investigación y detección del potencial socioeconómico y de prescripción de los médicos de su ruta.

Quién eres

  • Perfil del Puesto (Educación, habilidades, experiência y características personales, necesarias para el éxito en esta posición).
  • Carrera: Lic. en Áreas Médico Biológicas o Económico Administrativas.

Manejo de sistemas:
