Job Summary:

Carolina Logistics Inc. is a prominent American freight forwarder with 14 years of expertise in the international market. As a Key Account Manager specializing in Ground Freight, you will be the key advocate for our clients, ensuring they experience seamless and successful ground freight logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their logistics needs are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, and concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and develop detailed proposals outlining customized solutions for key accounts.
  • Lead contract negotiations, including terms, pricing, and service agreements, to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of proven experience working as an Key Account Specialist/Manager.
  • Experience in the logistics field, specifically in the ground freight industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, international business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Advanced English level (Conversational) to communicate effectively with clients.
