Objetivo de la posición
Coordinar las actividades de turno en las áreas de recibo, almacenamiento y suministro de material, asegurar que las líneas de ensamble reciban las órdenes de producción a tiempo, completa y según el calendario previsto.
Actividades principales
- Supervisar todas las actividades de turno en las áreas de recibo, almacenamiento y suministro de material, asegurando el surtimiento en tiempo y forma de los requerimientos de la planta (materia prima, empaque alterno de cartón, etc.)
- Responsabilidad directa de la asistencia, la disciplina, trabajo en equipo y la productividad de todo el personal. Toma acciones disciplinarias según corresponda de acuerdo al Reglamento Interior de Trabajo.
- Monitoreo permanente de los sistemas de área, bitácoras, checklist del estado de equipos móviles y todos los almacenes con material que este dentro de almacen externo en CSL y transferencias con la planta de SLI (Materia prima).
- Aseguramiento de la confiabilidad del inventario al 100% mediante la realización de transferencias correctas en sistema (Bookings), dicha confiabilidad deberá ser validada por medio de la generación de inventarios cíclicos en base al calendario definido.
- Asegurar la comunicación con planeación de materiales, suministro de material a las áreas de producción, planeación de producción, calidad, ingeniería, etc, ante cualquier afectación al proceso regular de surtimiento de material en cualquier punto de surtimiento de la planta (ej. Contenciones de calidad, rechazos, escasez de material, etc.).
- Considerar sistemática y continuamente las acciones para minimizar los riesgos, las posibilidades de error y para mejorar los procesos en las áreas de suministro de material.
- Seguir plan de escalación ante cualquier eventualidad o paro de línea.
- Generación y distribución de información mediante la emisión de reportes correspondientes al área (Inventarios cíclicos, ajustes de inventario, checklist de surtimiento, checklist de equipos, reporte de caducidades, etc)
Requisitos necesarios
Educación:
Ing. Industrial o administración o a fin
Experiência Relevante: 2 años de experiência en conocimiento de procesos de recibo de materiales, Conocimiento de procesos de abastecimiento a líneas de producción, Conocimiento de procesos de embarques, Conocimiento de Sistemas de Producción, Conocimiento de principio FIFO.
Conocimiento Técnico:
Emisión de reportes, Administración de Recursos, Manejo de Personal, Análisis para balanceo de líneas, Seguridad sobre equipos móviles, Conocimiento de Ergonomía, Herramientas estadísticas (7 herramientas de calidad).
