Looking for a chance to make a global impact? Join the International Expansions (IE) team, where we aim to expand Amazon's retail presence worldwide rapidly. We work closely with various teams to offer a vast selection to our international customers.
We are in need of a Sr. Vendor Manager to handle business ownership of inventory transfer processes from established Amazon marketplaces to new countries. This role involves developing strategies, optimizing customer experience, enhancing automation, and driving scalability.
We are looking for someone who can work independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.
As a Sr. Vendor Manager, you will act as an entrepreneur, overseeing all aspects of the business daily.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Assist internal partners in driving change and closing business deals
- Design and implement scalable methodologies to enhance business metrics
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for global inventory transfer products
- Advocate for supplier experience improvements through scalable solutions
- Test new product launches and provide flexible solutions
- Own the P&L for multiple categories
- Lead a cross-functional team to drive program results
- Continuously audit to improve customer experience and business performance
About the Team:
The International Expansions team is responsible for launching new Amazon marketplaces globally and assisting them in expanding selection and profitability through imports. We focus on aggressive selection expansion for our emerging markets, driving growth through business intelligence and integrated supply chain strategies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Fluency in English and Spanish
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in negotiating with stakeholders
