We're seeking an amazing
Sales D
evelopment R*epresentative (SDR) to find and screen likely customers who can benefit from our products and services.

As the first line of communication with prospects, an ideal SDRs would have a strong understanding of the sales cycle, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success.

A SDR should be a quick learner with strong Interpersonal & communication skills, and have the ability to present our offerings in a fascinating way.

Every potential lead is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Collaboration with

Account Executives:
The SDR will work closely with AEs, ensuring a smooth transition of qualified leads for further action. Skilled in communicating and coordinating within a team.

  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage account executives for the next steps
  • Manage a detailed report on client reachout status and report to the supervisor with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
  • Keep records accurate and uptodate
  • Timely and comprehensive followup with leads to convert them into scheduled calls with Account Executives

Requirements:

  • Expertise in the Industry: The SDR should have a deep understanding of our business domain. Familiarity with the intricacies of software sales and marketing services is essential to effectively qualify leads and understand their needs.
  • Lead Nurturing Skills: Apart from qualifying leads for immediate demos, the SDR should also be adept at nurturing unqualified leads. Depending on the reason for disqualification, they should be able to maintain engagement and potentially schedule them for demos in the future.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven creative problemsolving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

Pay:
$ $120.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
