As a
LINE SUPERVISOR, you will accomplish the production program, leading the work group under your responsibility, according to the safety, efficiency and quality policies established by our company and customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Start and stop the line in compliance with the safety standards established by our company.
- Coordinate and assign daily activities to the personnel under your charge.
- Fill and control of documents and production records.
- Oversee and evaluate the performance of team members through our software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or industrial engineering with at least one year of validated experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of riskbased thinking and basic tools such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9000.
- Handle and implement the APQP methodology.
- Experience with coating systems.
- Elementary level of English.
