Experiência y requisitos

  • Comprende y se apega a las políticas y prácticas generales de seguridad.

  • Ayudar a administrar la estrategia de cobertura, rotar según sea necesario y trabajar bien con todos los miembros del grupo, tanto dentro del equipo como funcionalmente.
  • Demuestra, promueve y sugiere ideas para flujos de procesos, precisión y otras iniciativas de mejora continua.
  • Realiza funciones de rutina de SAP en todas las áreas de los procesos de almacenamiento para incluir la investigación de inventario, recuentos de ciclos y reconciliación.
  • Utiliza un sistema informático para rastrear, registrar, verificar e informar. (Des)empacar o (des)envolver y almacenar artículos tales como materias primas, ensambles, partes, suministros, equipos. Revisar el requisito de almacenamiento para materiales que aplica almacenamiento bajo condiciones especiales.
  • Verifica las cantidades, la documentación y la conformidad de los materiales con la identificación establecida.
  • Registra la recepción de artículos en el sistema, procesa toda la documentación de manera precisa y oportuna.
  • Informes de materiales enviados y conocimientos de embarque; publica el peso y los cargos de envío y enruta la mercancía a los destinos.
  • Gestión eficaz del tiempo y multitarea
  • Visa B1-B2 para Estados Unidos.
