Acerca del puesto
Estamos en la búsqueda de un Ejecutivo de Ventas para unirse a nuestro equipo y colaborar en nuestros eventos en México.
Responsabilidades
- Conocer a fondo los productos y servicios ofrecidos por RXAM a clientes y posibles expositores.
- Atender a clientes estratégicos y respaldar al Gerente de Producto en la gestión de eventos específicos.
- Elaborar estrategias para recuperar clientes importantes que ya no participan como expositores.
- Promocionar la zona, el merchandising y los productos digitales de los proyectos asignados.
- Realizar ventas diarias mediante llamadas, correos electrónicos o reuniones para comprender las necesidades del cliente, manteniendo actualizada la información en el CRM.
- Prospectar clientes y explorar nuevos mercados y sectores dentro del evento.
- Elaborar propuestas comerciales alineadas con la estrategia y negociar márgenes con los responsables.
- Convertir clientes potenciales en contactos en el sistema.
- Registrar nuevos clientes y mantener la información actualizada.
- Registrar en el sistema toda la información recopilada en contactos, reuniones o correos electrónicos.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el Jefe de Producto para crear y vender patrocinios y Proyectos Especiales.
- Coordinar con el departamento de Marketing cuando sea necesario.
- Apoyar al Departamento Financiero en tareas como la recaudación de contratos, cobro a clientes morosos y generación de análisis e informes.
Requisitos
- Formación académica en Publicidad, Comunicaciones o campos similares.
- Experiencia en ventas de patrocinios.
- Disponibilidad para viajar entre CDMX, Guadalajara y Cancún.
