Customer Service Representative Jr.

SUMMARY
Reporting to the Program Manager, the CSR Jr. will be responsible for assists with managing key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer day to day production review to ensure they can ship what they need to ship
- Baan load sales order PO and Baan update on date to meet customer needs.
- OPOR control and communication
- PO acknowledgment and confirmation
- PO under forecast
- Manage portal shipment requirements per shipment, per customer.
- Shipment instructions based on parts needed by customer.
- Ensure that department procedures are being met and carried out, as well as ensuring that startup projects are successful.
- Help to establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.
- Review and communicate customer requirements, specifications, and project schedule and budget constraints to crossfunctional teams.
- Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas
- Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to CFT (Customer Focus Team) to resolve issues.
- Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
- Assist in the management of larger projects/programs.
- Interact with customers and/or functional peer group managers.
- Review status reports prepared by CFT members and adapt schedules or plans as required.
- Prepare program reports for management, customer, or others.
- Assist in metrics development and tracking.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 year EMS Industry, Program Management, Order Management, Customer Service.
- Portal interaction for order management.
- Advanced English (conversational).
- Assist PM on CFT and Customer Service
- Experience in logistics and support to shipment scheduling.
- Experience in followup/support to commercial projects.
- Advanced Intermediate Excel (File management with pivot tables and/or macros).
- Interest in developing in program management areas.
