Job Summary


To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our North Campus.


Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative supports external and internal customers through the management of customer orders, communication of demand planning information to our Planning Department as well as coordination of order shipment and invoicing through other internal departments.


What a typical day looks like:

  • Handle inquiries and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency to ensure one-call resolution.
  • Maintain customer service standards during highpressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources or challenging customers.
  • Interpret customer needs, recognize symptoms, causes and solutions.
  • Communicate daily with our customers regarding their orders, shipments and invoices.
  • Enter and acknowledge customer orders utilizing our Oracle ERP system.
  • Communicate customer demand to our Planning Department.
  • Send and Receive pertinent documents to internal and external customers regarding shipments and fulfilling Customs requirements.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Strong communication skills and good English grammar.
  • Bachelor (BA or BS) or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of experience in a Customer Service related position.
  • Excellent customerinterfacing skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Experience with Oracle software preferred.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
  • Ability to speak and write in a second language.
