· Lic. o Ing. concluida o con carta pasante (Lic. Logística, Industrial, Comercio, Administración, Negocios Internacionales o afín).
· Experiencia en todo el proceso de materiales.
· Experiencia en algún tipo de ERP en logística o supply planning/chain.
· Experiencia en empresas de manufactura.
· Ingles conversacional C1. (Indispensable poder mantener conversaciones fluidas).
- Traduce el plan de producción a medio plazo en el plan a corto plazo.
- Desarrolla y revisa los planes de producción y programación a corto plazo por línea / tecnología, considerando la capacidad, utilización y tiempo.
- Monitorea los datos reales diarios frente al plan de producción semanal y realiza un seguimiento de la disponibilidad del producto, el cumplimiento del horario de producción y recomienda acciones correctivas en caso de incumplimiento.
- Identifica los requisitos de productos terminados en los mercados y propone la asignación basada en la prioridad comercial.
- Apoya en el análisis del inventario mediante la revisión de las políticas de inventario, el seguimiento y gestión de los movimientos lentos y la monitorización de obsoletos.
- Mantiene parámetros de fabricación seleccionados (incluyendo restricciones).
- Proporciona información y participa en el S&OE, comunicando problemas de disponibilidad de material y limitaciones de capacidad.
- Colabora con los Programadores de Producción de Planta para alinear las actividades de programación.
- Colabora con Compras y Planificación de Materiales para asegurar que la materia prima respalde el cronograma de producción.
- Identifica y apoya iniciativas de mejora continua que mejoren el rendimiento de la planificación.
