If you're ready to bring the best, come join the HR team as an GBS Human Resources Business Partner. You'll be responsible for driving HR (Human Resources) agenda and execute all HR processes, initiatives and day by day activities across the business (Global Business Services team). Responsible for understanding business needs, find the solution through of the partnership with HR COE's (Centers of Expertise), HTR (Hire to Retire), and Global Business Services team to deliver customized solutions and programs to the business according to the strategy and needs. You will also support and advise organization's leaders and team across the entire talent lifecycle, ensure alignment and compliance with company procedures, and regulations. The role will be expected to identify growth opportunities, engage and retain employees through HR initiatives, build organizational capabilities and establish an efficient organizational design.

This role is located in Querétaro with the expectation to be in the office 5 days per week. Based on your performance, you'll have the opportunity to grow in your role. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategic Partner & HR Enablement: Partner with the Leadership Team: Execute short and long-term HR strategies that directly support and enable business objectives. Act as an organizational and simplification champion who builds organizational capabilities, reduce complexity and partners with business to maximize team performance. Build strong relationships with the organization, while bringing technical knowledge and expertise, to support line managers and individuals in multiple HR areas. Be the point of contact to understand employee's needs and provide advice and guidance to support optimal performance and provide HR solutions.
  • Execute all HR subsystems/process and practices: Ensure alignment with HR policies and COEs (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll and Organizational Development & Learning) . Applies people data, insights, analytics and metrics in taking business and people decisions
  • Talent Management & Leadership: Coordinate talent management agenda in the organization through performance cycle, succession planning and talent development strategies. Attract, develop, and retain the best talent to deliver business strategy. Responsible for drive performance management process with business areas aligned with compensation team. Manage business unit Capability Building Plan, ensuring implementation and follow-up on their effectiveness.
  • Company Culture Steward: Provide advice and suggestions for cultural transformation initiatives to shape a strong organizational culture. Foster the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) strategy. Encourage a positive work environment and implement HR interventions to boost organizational engagement. Be a change agent by facilitating business critical change effort.Collaborate with Corporate Communication team to develop and execute internal communication efforts as needed.

We're Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 4+ years of working experience with a similar HR role with significant focus on Organizational Development, Talent Management, and HR Partnering.
  • 2+ years of relevant working experience in a global or multinational organization and function, with exposure to diverse cultural contexts and business environments.
  • English language fluency to partner with regional and global stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Ability to works independently with the willingness to make decisions based on available data .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
