Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in Warehouse Control, with the taste for directing and coordinating the processes of entry, exit and ensuring the certainty of inventories. As a warehouse supervisor, you'll oversee day-to-day operations at the facility, meet productivity goals, and maintain customer satisfaction. Leadership by creating a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Are You Looking to
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials, while ensuring effective coordination among staff.
- Monitor and enforce company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees.
- Manage inventory, including maintaining accurate records, performing cycle counts, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Constantly look for opportunities to improve processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Are You Ready to
- Strong leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively supervise and motivate warehouse staff.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe work environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Need
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Power Point), Madic System, UPS or FEDEX, IFS.
- Experience in leading a team in a warehousing and logistics environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Knowledge and operation of ORACLE system.
