Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of UKG Pro, our integrated workforce management solution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes, organizational skills, and the ability s to leverage the full potential of UKG Pro and it's functionalities.

Your Impact

As Supervisor de Kronos/UKGyour responsibilities would consist of:

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of UKG Pro, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all UKG Pro-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing questions, and facilitating knowledge transfer to maximize system utilization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within UKG Pro.
  • Implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of HR data within UKG Pro.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineer or related field.
  • Advanced English
  • Proven experience UKG Pro and certifications in UKG Pro administration or related fields.
