What You'll Be Doing:

  • Help the business to understand "the art of the possible" in using modern technologies.
  • Business case submissions to secure funding.
  • Ensures deployment resources understand the vision of the solution so they can increase adoption and improve utilization; and leverage survey results, interviews with users and analytics and insights to continuously improve and scale solutions.

Your Team:

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree with >10 years of experience digital products and projects.
  • Life sciences industry preferred; other highly regulated industries considered.
- >10 years of experience on ERP systems and processes.

  • Prior responsibility for annual capital budgets of $4MM or more for project execution.
- >5 years of experience in managing relationships directly with business partners at all levels of the organization.
- >2 years experience managing people with the ability to build, mature and manage a high functioning team.

  • Working experience with Agile approach and culture; Understanding the SAFe (Agile at scale) approach is a plus.
  • Prototyping and rapid ideation/discovery.
  • Maturity to communicate and manage stakeholders up to the highest levels of the organization globally, regionally and locally.
  • Understanding of regulations to consider in the life sciences industry (quality, security, data privacy).
