Brindar un excelente servicio a los clientes y departamentos relacionados con importaciones y exportaciones de materiales, maquinaria y equipo de la empresa y dar cumplimiento a las distintas regulaciones aplicables

Responsabilidades principales

  • Coordinar el proceso de importaciones y exportaciones de las materias primas y productos terminados que se utilizan. Cumpliendo los lineamientos legales y fiscales que aplican.
  • Coordinar el proceso de importaciones y exportaciones de la maquinaria y herramienta.
  • Controlar y mantener activos los permisos de operación que se requieran.
  • Auditar los pedimentos de comercio exterior, así como el correcto cálculo y pago de impuestos.
  • Coordinar las operaciones Virtuales que lleve a cabo la empresa con sus socios comerciales.
  • Supervisar y mantener actualizado los expedientes de documentos oficiales que la autoridad pueda requerir.
  • Tener conocimientos de clasificación arancelaria (Básicos).
  • Monitorear plazos de retorno de mercancías en régimen Temporal IMMEX
  • Tener conocimientos y experiência en programas software de control de anexo 2
  • Coordina y controla los embarques Inbond que la empresa requiere.
  • Coordina las operaciones de Tráfico y transportación de cruce internacional, doméstico y local.
  • Responsable del rastreo y localización de mercancías en tránsito internacional y nacional.
  • Coordina el manejo de mercancías Hazmat o reguladas y su cumplimiento de tránsito.
  • Coordina operaciones con el área de recibos y embarques.
  • Coordina operaciones y cumplimiento con el área de Compras.
  • Coordina operaciones y cumplimiento con el departamento de Aduanas del Shelter, agente aduanal mexicano, americano y la bodega de cruce ubicada en el Paso, TX.
  • Coordinación con el área de manufactura y almacén en proyectos y requerimientos.
  • Analiza y lleva métricos de evaluación de operaciones logísticas y control de gastos.

Requisitos:

  • Lic. en Relaciones Internacionales o Comercio Exterior o similar.
  • 3 años de experiência en la industria maquiladora
  • 2 años de experiência en puesto similar (analista y/o especialista)
  • Inglés intermedioavanzado
  • MS Office
