Implement organization strategies through the effective direction and management of resources, while being accountable for the business strategies, functional or operational areas, processes or programs.

Responsible and accountable for managing and developing a team of people, setting direction and deploying resources on varying projects, participating in organization-wide projects, while providing guidance and expertise on an as needed basis. Managers are required to understand how other business units operate, how their goals align with organizational goals and have budget and profit/loss responsibility.

Responsible for providing efficient and high quality client services to financial institutions. Provides pre-sales and post-sales service to clients. Responsible for continuing development and improvement of the client services with the overall objective of shortening the client response time and increase service quality. This position is responsible for both technical and non-technical support.

Nasdaq is currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to lead a team of Functional Analysts and Data Analysts.

Nasdaq's Trade Surveillance service powers surveillance and compliance for over 150 market participants across 65 markets globally. Scalable to millions of transactions and flexible to manage several outstanding data sources, NTS Surveillance holistically examines scenarios across multiple venues and asset classes.

What you will do

Implementing organization's strategies through the effective direction and management of resources, while being accountable for the business strategies, functional or operational areas, processes, or programs Managing and developing a team of people, setting direction, and deploying resources on varying projects, participating in organization-wide projects, while providing guidance and expertise on an as-needed basis Providing new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints Ensuring that good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly and effectively, and in accordance with the consumer laws Developing organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers

What We Expect

MBA, MSc or related discipline, or equivalent work experience Prior management experience in the fintech / IT industry for at least 5 years Excellent verbal, written and client-facing communication skills is a must Perfect written and verbal communication skills in English Business domain knowledge with an interest and knowledge of capital markets and trading compliance. SaaS knowledge is an advantage Experience with working directly with customers in a global environment
