Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support for resolving complex L3 issues through detailed analysis, code enhancements, and thorough testing
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive implementation
- Support cutting-edge platforms by managing Product servers and clients
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure seamless delivery of solutions
- Foster a culture of performance optimization for all applications
- Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals effectively
- Develop new tool features to adapt to evolving business needs
- Automate provisioning and access management processes to enhance user experience
- Offer technical guidance and assistance to Development teams
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement necessary fixes
- Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in a global setting
- Experience with Agile practices would be a plus
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in Core Java programming with a hands-on experience of 2 to 3 years
- Previous involvement in 2 to 3 Java tech stack projects
- Ability to undertake a coder pad interview
