We are hiring an
Accounting Intern who will be supporting in everyday accounting and finance activities.

As an intern, you will be doing:

  • Elaborate reports to explain account balances including supporting documentation.
  • Prepare financial templates for samples requested by auditors.
  • Collect supporting information from physical papers to share with auditors.
  • Participate on account reconciliation process.
  • Elaborate and submit account reconciliation assigned.
  • Participate on manual costing process.
  • Electronic Invoice review
  • Accounting Reports Tie out
  • Travel Expenses report review
  • SoP elaboration

Who you are:

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Currently studying a bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • To graduate at least in June 2025 or later.
  • Availability to work from 7am to 4pm (flexible).
  • Advanced English level
  • Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills
  • General knowledge of Mexican tax law
  • Experience with accounting software
