_ Job Mission _
Responsible for the correct supply of direct and indirect materials with the authorized suppliers of the assigned product lines.

Responsabilities

  • Calculate Safety Stock and Re-Order Point (if applicable).
  • Calculate average inventory and optimal inventory by division.
  • Identify opportunities for inventory reduction, project development.
  • Maintain close communication with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Proactively identify possible stock outs and issue purchase orders.
  • Proactively identify possible excess inventory and cancel purchase orders.
  • Analysis of late or advanced deliveries by supplier and create action plan together with the buyer.
  • Perform purchase order planning based on the delivery time of each of the suppliers.
  • Prepare and update key reports to measure the performance of suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Industrial Engineering, Administrative or related careers.
  • 34 years of experience in similar role
  • Knowledge in supply chain, inventory planning and control, Excel (advanced)
  • English business fluent
