The Role

We are seeking for a Growth Team Lead to join our team at Factorial. As the Growth Team Lead, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and play a critical role in identifying and implementing distribution opportunities. You will lead a technical team of designers and engineers, working closely with the marketing team (inbound, paid, marketing ops) to drive business growth.

What will you be doing

Your role will be to find huge distribution opportunities and prioritize them. Take the ownership of the lead generation and experiment with new technologies like AI to grow the business, reporting directly to the head of marketing.

  • Deep understanding of growth marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, CRO, A/B testing, and analytics.
  • Ability to provide and receive direct and honest feedback (no ego).
  • Extreme ownership and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to use data insights to drive informed decisions.
  • Ability to lead by example, whether through coding or designing, even if most of your time is spent on management.
  • Experience leading technical teams with business goals
  • Technical background in software development or product design
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to live in or relocate to Barcelona.
