TU FUNCIÓN:
- Establecer, coordinar y controlar los procesos de operaciones en el área de calidad para control de procesos y análisis en laboratorio
- Manejo directo de equipo de 4 personas y supervisión de las aprobaciones de materia prima, material de empaque y priducto terminado de planta de adhesivos
- Participación en auditorías internas del sistema de gestión y cumplimiento de buenas prácticas de manufactura
- Cumplimiento de métodos y procedimientos de acuerdo a lo establecido en el sistema de mantenimiento integrado y conforme a políticas de inspección de materiales y productos conformes y no conformes
- Manejo de presupuesto y recursos humanos del equipo de acuerdo a las necesidades del área para el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad corporativos y de los clientes así como la satisfacción y requerimientos de las áreas involucradas
- Contacto con proveedores de materia prima o clientes conforme a necesidades
TUS HABILIDADES:
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en posición similar
- Experiência en manejo de equipos y liderazgo
- Inglés intermedio (conversacional)
- Indispensable conocimiento de métodos analíticos (cromatógrafo, IR, microscopio electrónico, etc)
- Conocimiento de análisis causa raíz, AMEF & HACCP
- Carrera química terminada
