SummaryDetailed DescriptionPerforms tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

Manage vendor services (Business Services, Consumables, Housekeeping, Waste Management, Food Services and Secretaries, etc.), and to provide financial planning and business control services to the Site Operations Function.

Responsible for staff relocation (moves) and the phone/voicemail system and Facilities Systems development.
Ensures compliance to ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Standards.
In-depth knowledge of vendor and project management, facility management.
In-depth understanding of business models and services management practices.
Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.

Ability to effectively lead, manage, train and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve high production levels within tight time deadlines and in a highly dynamic manufacturing environment.

Ability to use some or all of the following PC applications:
Word, Lotus Notes, Excel, Powerpoint.
Excellent negotiation and problem resolution skills.
Ability to plan strategically for the coordinated delivery of a variety of materials.
Strong analytical and statistical skills.

Knowledge of Environmental, Health and Safety programs and regulations including ISO 14001.Physical DemandsDuties of this position are performed in a manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to elements such as noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, etc.

Duties of this position require periodic light physical effort and exertion including prolonged repetitive motion, standing, sitting in a confined work space, climbing, using equipment, handling lightweight materials, etc.

Duties of this position require periodic heavy manual effort and considerable exertion including lifting objects over 20 pounds, requiring straining, pulling and lifting.

Duties may require periodic sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
May require occasional travel.

Typical ExperienceFive to seven years of relevant experienceTypical EducationBachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
