This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team.Fleet Manager In-Plant es parte de un equipo multifuncional y estratégico basado en las oficinas del cliente.
Es responsable de la Administración Integral de la Flotilla Vehicular (Propia) de la cuenta asignada, asegurando eficiencias con base en la implementación y ejecución de: Controles, Comunicación, Reportes, Mejoras y Productos siempre apegado a lineamientos de Compliance y Política de la Empresa.
- Administración de la Flotilla de vehículos del cliente y aplicación de Política de la Flota para garantizar un uso eficiente y efectivo de las unidades propiedad de la empresa (ej. Compras, Mantenimiento, Seguros, Gestorías, Fin de Activos, Subastas, Resguardo de vehículos, traslados etc.)
- Mantener Controles y bases de datos actualizadas con la información de la Flotilla del Cliente que permita maximizar la eficiencia y rentabilidad de la flota con base en análisis e implementación de sugerencias y mejores prácticas.
- Resolución, Escalación y Coordinación en tiempo y forma de Requerimientos de Usuarios de los vehículos y Proveedores del cliente con base en lineamientos de la política del cliente.
- Supervisar las actividades de mercado, y cambios de proveedores. Identifica ahorros de costos, evasión de costos y oportunidades de mejora. Mantener actualizado de las mejores prácticas de la industria de flota de Vehículos.
- Generación de Órdenes de Compra, validación de facturas y seguimiento a pago (Contractual); mantener una comunicación eficiente y sana Element-Cliente en relación con Crédito.
- Educación y Experiência
Bilingüe:
Español / Inglés
Al menos 6 años de experiência en Atención a clientes, KAM o puesto Similar
Experiência en Leasing (Preferentemente de Vehículos)
2 años mínimo en experiência en Calidad y Procesos
Deseable tener experiência previa como Fleet Manager (+150 Vehículos), Facilities, o Similar
Disponibilidad para Viajar
