GENERAL PURPOSE:


The Procurement Analyst is a key part of the International Procurement Office (IPO) group which provides worldwide support on the objectives of the Category Managers/Leaders.


MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Cost management.
  • Monitors commodity indexes, creates reports and communicates updates to the procurement organization.
  • RFQ preparation and submission for new procurement projects and benchmark activity directed by the Category Managers/Leaders.
  • Researches data performs analytics and generates custom reports.
  • Localization and/or Best Cost Countries sourcing.
  • Risk mitigation.
  • Maintain supplier master data including quality certification documents within ERP.
  • Plant support.
  • Supplier performance management.
  • Support Supplier Development.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, finance or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong competency level in Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluent English.
